somewhat creepy..good movie 7/10
I'm born and raised in Alaska, this movie is cool if alien stories float your boat but I suspect any possible nugget of truth in thos one comes from how messed up our sleep cycles get as we constantly transition from sun all day to no sun at all. Causes a lot of psychotic episodes and seasonal depression :D
I would watch it, but I freak with aliens.. I think I was abducted in the past....
Welp there are many paranormal/monster/alien found footage & mockumentary movies out there these days many playing out the plot of ignorant paranormal mystery show crew that all die while shooting there 50th episode of some show like Ghost hunters but much fewer of a real serious paranormal documentary television series like my fav Paranormal Witness that just do reenactments while the people it really happened to narrate their stories so that was a big relief to me right away knowing had something different although the start & end did bug me a little bit since the whole Found footage genre started in 1980 with Cannibal Holocaust & back then you could really get off with trying to sell something off as ''Real'' but here in the last decade the number of FF films has really gone through the roof with most everyone trying to cash in on it as if some hollywood fad to the point most everyone now hates the FF genre ''tho not me''' my point being it can be a little insulting to the viewer to try and really pass this form of entertainment off as real Or reenacted True events when we all know it isn't but i can understand just trying to build up the spooky atmosphere anyway if you're interested ancient astronaut theories like myself or modern day accounts of ufo's or just enjoy science fiction mystery type stuff like The x files this is a pretty good watch cause even tho it's obviously not real it still does a good job at not seeming cheesy nor far fetched. 7/10
My young old dad saw that not long ago and he liked it.Lets see if i will too.
I'll never get tired of this one of my favorites!! 10/10 :)
Guess what Americans do get abducted by aliens...haaaa!!!
I thought it was spooky, but . . yeh!
Horrible, boring, lethargic, not believable. Even the beauty of Milla can not save this film.
Drawing comparisons between The Fourth Kind and Paranormal Activity is inevitable. Whilst TFK delivers less frightening scenes than PA, it manages to be more convincing in its 'validity' than the latter. Some might disagree but I guess it's my opinion that counts in this box.

It's somewhat dull but it easily manages to capture your attention and raise the hairs on the back of your neck.
