What an interesting film. The beginning reminded me much of 1979's Alien - not strange given the involvement of Dan O'Bannon with this project. Soul collectors, ancient vampires - even pretty naked ones - and a lot of decent effects. Familiar cast, good actors including one of my favorites: Patrick Stewart. Worth a go if you have the popcorn for it.
Special effects were top notch for 1985. Story was very good. Well worth a watch
Great romp! ;)
Better stare into the wall don't watch it
I most Definitely would NOT like to run into these types of Zombies. Creepy Scary! What could ya do nothing? Enjoy. Cheers..

Lifeforce (1985)
Genre: Horror | Sci-Fi | Thriller
iMDB Rating: 6,0/10 from 10 028 users
Director: Tobe Hooper
Starring: Steve Railsback, Peter Firth, Frank Finlay
A space shuttle mission investigating Halley’s Comet brings back a malevolent race of "space vampires" who transform most of London’s population into "zombies". The only survivor of the expedition and British authorities attempt to capture a mysterious but beautiful alien woman who appears responsible.
Best British apocalyptic lifeforce-sucking-space-vampire-cum-zombie movie ever. Tobe Hooper is still the king. And what the hell happens to Patrick Stewart in the helicopter scene anyway? Did he turn into blood-man, or jello-man?
Honestly, I hated this movie. I thought that Lifeforce had poor acting, horrible visual effects, even for '85, abnd an even worse plot and script. The only thing that made me give this movie a 1 instead of a 0 was Mathilda May. She was really hot.
