It is not a joke. We once again have new domain. Solarmovie.is it is this time.
Were we "hacked"? No. Why then you may ask? Lets just say we have our reasons.
And don't worry. Solarmovie.so is still our domain. But Solarmovie.is is better and you should go there (here? :) if you don't get automatically redirected.
Sorry for inconvenience.

Part 1. From humble beginnings at circus sideshows to sold out concert halls in Europe, Part 1 of Houdini follows the rise of the boy Erich Weiss as he becomes the man Harry Houdini, master escapologist. The rabbi's son from Wisconsin is the epitome of the American Dream as he makes his way through the early 20th century vaudeville craze and emerges as America's first bonafide world renowned superstar.
Part 2 S1, Ep2|2 Sep. 2014. Part 2. Harry Houdini conducts an epic battle against the spiritualists whose practices he found to be false and misleading. Good movie, like a few others I liked the soundtrack. Clive Owen turned in a good performance here. This is one I definitly recommend if you like gangster type films with good writting and acting. Solid movie 8/10 for me.
I liked the movie over all, but here is the caveat – I felt I was missing out on the backstory because, well, I had not watched the other movies that provide the backstory!! (which is totally my problem, not the movie’s) For whatever reason, I just never picked up on the whole X-Men series and without knowing the established characters, I was a bit at a loss at times. I suppose I should go back through the movies one by one and follow it through. It will probably bring a higher level of enjoyment and understanding.
With all that being the case, the movie still works on its own terms pretty well. Certainly, there are parts that are a little cloudy, but the film makers did a pretty good job getting the information in there so a first timer could enjoy it. I am sure I missed a bunch of nuance, but I felt I saw a complete flick nonetheless.
I won’t offer any rating other than to say it seems like it is a pretty good movie for both long-time fans and newcomers to the X-M world. At least to me it worked as a newcomer – can’t really speak for long time X-M fans.
i've read everything cormac mccarthy has written.. he and sam shepard are my two favorite living authors.. i first read this about 25 years ago and thought, 'this guy can write a book that makes so called horror films look like looney tunes'.. franco changed quite a bit.. it still makes some of the same points as the book.. i think he should have stuck with the original ending.. not too bad, though, if you feel like being really 'morbed out'.
I watched this a while back when links were of poorer quality. I am glad I gave it another shot. I missed a lot with the lower quality.
Certainly one of the darker of Arnie's movies over his career. There is a lack of that redeeming scene at the when all is well. Instead while there is a resolution for his character, it is one that is the most desirable. It just is.
I would not call this the best film in the genre but certainly not the worst. The supporting cast members bring a real edge to the action. While there are some preposterous situations, at the same time they are not all that out of line with the ever more militarized state of law enforcement in the US. It is oddly fantastical and realistic at the same time.
Good flick. Not great, but good.
Pretty boring flick.
A nice couple of twist around the end.
Rest was meh.
Acting was meh.
Directing was meh.
Pretty much your basic hesit movie with heist things.
And good actors who probably didn't care much one way or the other.
Guess it's an ok flick if you really have nothing better to do.
