Hello, I've been meaning to address this issue for some time now, well I say "Issue" it's not really an Issue but something that needs to be put out there for Linkers / Uploaders too see. A lot of the time I see that Linkers / Uploads forget or can not be bothered to update there links, and by that I mean by deleting a CAM Quality link when HD or DvD Quality finally becomes available, because lately I've been coming across movies that still have CAM Quality links still available a year later when DVD / HD links have been posted. Like I said, it's not a problem for Mod's to deal with this, but it makes it a lot easier for everyone else if we can help each other, because after all Solarmovie is a "Community based site"
Thanks for understanding!

NPH Harold n Kumar Go to White Castle 2004.
Not to stray from the subject but I read an article in Los Angeles Times bout Kal Penn who plays Kumar. The article was about how Kal Penn is and was at the time of the movie, the Associate Director of the Office of Public Engagement for the White House. The dude that was constantly getting high on this movie and the guy sailing his tube boat to tuna town writes Obama's shyt. And that other dude before him. The one that choked on a pretzel and his dog saved him. But not really a highlight on the resume.
And so ends one of the best shows i've ever seen. Great depth of character and beautifully shot. Sometimes savage, sometimes hilariously funny, I'll never get over Gyp Rosetti standing there with that napoleon hat on in. 9.5/10 for the series, 8/10 for this season.
This is a pretty good noir with the added twist of some international conspiracy of the 1950s. Richard Widmark carries the genre well along with a great supporting cast.
The real gem(s) in this cast are Jean Peters as Candy and 6 time Oscar Award Nominee Thelma Ritter as Thelma Ritter as Moe Williams. Both are incredibly strong female characters and not surprisingly, were very much like that in life. Jean Peters turned to roles in the prime of her career because she felt the characters were "too sexy".
As a film noir, this does pretty well, but one can see how the noir formula was being applied as a stock-in-trade at that time. The characters often seem less of an original type than one that fitted Hollywood's understanding of what would sell a ticket at that time. Still, it is a very serviceable movie.
A good 1.5 hour get away. Certainly not in the league of certain, classic Bogart noir flicks, but not horrible at all.
