It is not a joke. We once again have new domain. Solarmovie.is it is this time.
Were we "hacked"? No. Why then you may ask? Lets just say we have our reasons.
And don't worry. Solarmovie.so is still our domain. But Solarmovie.is is better and you should go there (here? :) if you don't get automatically redirected.
Sorry for inconvenience.
Ok, as we all know Solarmovie is now officially blocked in the UK, By ISP's BT, EE, O2, Sky, TalkTalk and Virgin Media so to combat this you will now have to use a proxy or a VPN to access the site, the best solution will be a VPN as it will still let you login to your account, for anyone that is confused about VPN's and how to set them up, I have made a quick video on how to do this, it's only a couple of minutes short and should be of help to everyone looking to get around the blocks and be able still view your favorite sites.
OR, if this method is too complicated, you can download an already pre-configerd VPN. Just check the Links below, which offer a wide range of VPN's to choose from.

Another movie from the "kitchen sink" genre of UK cinema......
Room at the Top (1959)
With Simone Signoret, Laurence Harvey, Heather Sears. Director - Jack Clayton. .
There is a Solar page, but no links.
Well if you requested a link in the comment section, it's not the right place and it makes sense someone reported it as a bad comment. To request links you should always start a forum thread in the appropriatte section of the forums requesting links, with the imdb and solarmovie adress for the thing you are requesting.
So, basically, keep the comment section for comments, for anything else, use the forums/messages.
Hope it helped. And have a nice day. [...]
Yeah I guess i did learn my lesson. :|
Somehow, it failed to appeal that much to me.
I might just be grumpy.
Some of it was definitely funny. The acting was meh at best.
There were some good thigs in there but the movie was too long. Some storylines could have been avoided because well, let's face it there were better ways to reach the end of that movie with the same result.
Can't help but compare it with the Millions way to die in the west which, imho was way better.
Truth is, it could have been good. The actors are not bad, the directing is not bad, the idea is great but something was lacking.
Don't take me wring there definitely is some nice material here. Way too diluted in the whole thing though.
After the first half of the movie it just feels kinda fake and forced upon you as if you were supposed to laugh because that's what's expected from you.
Guess the magic didn't take for me. Wish it had.
Very good acting (did the relationship between Guy Pearce and Robert Pattison it remind anyone else of 'of mice and men'?), and very good cinematography. The plot was, I thought, a little weak but all the good stuff more than made up for it. I can understand what people are saying about the pace of the film being slow, but I thought that fitted with the whole environment/tone of the film and conveyed how the heat was so intense that everything operates at a slower pace.
